1. Position: Branch Manager

Educational Background:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of banking operations experience, 2 years of which must be in a senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking.

Required Skills:

• Branch Management
• Leadership and Team Building
• Internal Control and Risk Management
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Sales and Marketing
• Communication and Negotiation
• Core Banking Application Knowledge
• Time Management and Problem Solving

2. Position: Senior Banking Business Officer

Educational Background:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, of which 2 years must be as a branch banking officer

Required Skills:

• Customer Experience Management
• IFB Product Knowledge
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
