📌 1. Branch Manager

• 📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking operations experience
• 🟢 Additional: Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

📌 2. Customer Service Manager

• 📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking operations experience
• 🟢 Additional: IFB Certification is advantageous

📌 3. Branch Operation Supervisor

• 📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience
• 🟢 Additional: IFB Certification is advantageous

• 📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience
• 🟢 Additional: IFB Certification is advantageous

📌 5. Trainee Property Valuator

• 📍 Duty Station: Head Office
• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

📌 6. Cash Aid

• 📍 Duty Station: Head Office
• 🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Level 4 in Accounting, Management, or related fields
• 🧠 Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience
• 🟢 Additional: IFB Certification is advantageous
