🔹 Mission & Responsibilities
The Application Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications to ensure availability, performance, and security, working closely with stakeholders to configure applications and support end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide user support and training.
- Enforce application security measures.
- Manage patches, backups, and recovery plans.
- Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.
- Liaise with vendors and manage contracts.
- Coordinate application changes and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Continuously seek process improvements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in application or system administration.
- Strong technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Solid understanding of application security principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

☁️ Position 2: DevOps Engineer
🔹 Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Manage server configuration with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
- Containerize applications using Docker; orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Ensure infrastructure and application security compliance.
- Provision/manage cloud or on-premises environments.
- Automate and coordinate software releases and deployments.
- Collaborate across teams for efficient DevOps practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
About You:
- Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
- Experience with configuration management tools and version control systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or CJE are a plus.
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills.
