1. Position: Junior Structural Engineer

Number of Positions: 5
Location: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with graduation project focused on structural engineering design
CGPA of 3.25 and above
Internship with a design company prior to graduation
0 years of experience (2024/2025 graduates encouraged to apply)

Required Skills:

Strong computer modeling (statics/structures) skills
Proficiency in professional English (spoken & written)
Good BIM and CAD skills
Excellent learning attitude, ethics, and time management
Strong interest in structural engineering design

Desirable (not mandatory):

1 year of design experience
Volunteering experience
Computer programming skills

2. Position: Junior Business Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business management support (marketing, HR) in close collaboration with top management
Administrative and accounting assistance
Project management and contract administration support
Personal assistance to top management (scheduling, coordination, confidentiality)
Contribution to organizational development in areas like team spirit, quality, customer service
Willingness to learn new technologies including AI

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
CGPA of 2.75 and above (advantageous)
0 years of experience (2024/2025 graduates encouraged)
Volunteering experience is a plus
Professional English proficiency

3. Position: Junior Accounting & Finance Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle all accounting and financial tasks in collaboration with top management
Support marketing, HR, and administrative activities
Participate in strategic projects
Assist with contract administration
Personal assistance to top management (as needed)
Willingness to learn and engage in business and finance tasks when necessary

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
CGPA of 2.75 and above (advantageous)
