Ahadu Bank invites qualified applicants to apply for the position of Customer Service Officer I. The officer will be responsible for providing efficient front office customer service, handling account maintenance, and processing various banking transactions at the branch level.
πΌ Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle and check account maintenance, payments, and collection transactions.
- Deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Conduct cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure transactions comply with the bankβs accounting procedures.
π€ About You
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience.
β Required Competencies
- Sound understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong knowledge of bank accounting systems and operations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve basic customer issues and inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with core banking systems.
