🎯 Purpose of the Role

The Director of Operations & Resource Mobilization will ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the institution. The role includes leading initiatives for deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, and customer service enhancement while maintaining compliance with all regulatory frameworks.


📌 Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with company goals
  • Lead deposit mobilization and expand credit/loan portfolios
  • Monitor and improve customer service delivery
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics
  • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance
  • Implement cost-saving and operational improvement programs
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative organizational culture
  • Build strong partnerships and customer relationships
  • Report regularly on credit portfolios, deposit strategies, and performance

👤 Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in the financial sector
    • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian financial regulations is an advantage
  • Proven experience in resource mobilization and strategic team leadership
