1. Position: Logistics Head

Location: Hawassa Plant
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Logistics Head will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and distribution. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and execute cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate transportation, inventory, and distribution activities.
  • Lead logistics personnel through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and optimize transport routes.
  • Ensure compliance with all logistics-related regulations.
  • Develop and track KPIs; report logistics performance to senior management.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role within logistics or supply chain management.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics operations
  • Proficiency in ERP and TMS systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities

2. Position: Regional Route to Market (RTM) Specialist

Location: Various Regions
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The RTM Specialist will support business growth through the strategic implementation and management of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies. This role is critical in enhancing distribution efficiencies and driving sustainable competitive advantages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement regional RTM strategies and territory mapping.
  • Analyze distributor capability and initiate required changes.
  • Develop quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) and evaluate performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee distributor contract renewals and performance.
  • Design dashboards to track stock, service efficiency, and other RTM metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to roll out campaigns and field programs.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations.
  • Proven experience in RTM development, distributor engagement, and in-field sales.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of RTM models and beer market dynamics
  • Strong campaign implementation and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • Fluency in Amharic and English
