🎓 Qualification:

• Professional certifications like MCSA or A+ are a plus.

🧠 Experience:

Responsible for conducting credit analysis and appraisals, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure safe lending and portfolio health in compliance with Bank policy.

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

🧠 Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer in the banking sector.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of loan workouts, credit analysis, provisioning, and underwriting
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting
• Proficiency in interpreting financial statements
