✅ Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, and upgrading of the Bank’s operating systems, IT equipment, and applications. Ensures the smooth operation of system infrastructure and technical support.

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Professional certifications like MCSA or A+ are a plus.

🧠 Experience:

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in systems administration.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

Experience in incident & service management
Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
Network traffic, firewall, routing, and troubleshooting
Strong customer service orientation

🔹 Position 2: District Credit Analyst

Location: Dire Dawa District

✅ Job Summary:

Responsible for conducting credit analysis and appraisals, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure safe lending and portfolio health in compliance with Bank policy.

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

🧠 Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer in the banking sector.

🛠️ Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of loan workouts, credit analysis, provisioning, and underwriting
In-depth knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting
Proficiency in interpreting financial statements
