      The Customer Service Manager I will assist the Branch Manager by coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Officers (Checkers/Makers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts). The role aims to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to operational and compliance standards.


      ๐ŸŽ“ Required Qualifications

      • Educational Background:
        Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Work Experience:
        Minimum of 6 years of banking experience.

      ๐Ÿ›  Technical Competencies

      • Good understanding of general financial products and services
      • Experience with service delivery practices in medium to large banks
      • Proficient in applying banking policies and compliance standards
      • Strong client handling, advisory, and problem-resolution skills
      • Project management experience
