1. Position: Customer Care Associate

Job Summary

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, active listening, and follow-up skills, as well as familiarity with digital tools used in customer tracking and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Collect and record customer details and interaction history in Appsheet.
  • Assign and communicate query/complaint reference numbers and next steps.
  • Refer and follow up on issues with departments (Logistics, Finance, ASM, etc.).
  • Provide timely customer updates every two days until resolution.
  • Close resolved complaints in the tracking system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and use tools like SharePoint-based trackers effectively.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).

  • Translate and manage survey responses securely.
