Overview:
The PMO Director is responsible for establishing and implementing project management standards, leading the Project Management Office, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across departments. This includes managing technical managers, fit-out managers, data managers, and chief project managers while aligning project outcomes with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
🎓 Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management; PMI certification is a plus.
📅 At least 15 years of construction project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a leadership level.
🛠 Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
🔎 In-depth understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
🖥 Proficiency in MS Project and related tools.
