🔹 Position: Cost and Budget Control Manager

Location: (Assumed to be Company Headquarters or Factory site)

✅ Purpose of the Job:

To support efficient business decision-making by delivering accurate, timely financial data, analytics, and insights into business performance—ultimately minimizing financial risks and enhancing operational cost-effectiveness.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial insights and advice to senior management
Analyze market trends and competitors to reduce financial risk
Interpret performance data and identify cost variances
Evaluate financial feasibility of major business proposals
Recommend cost-control strategies and identify savings
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital expenditures
Monitor cost trends and suggest corrective actions
Lead and mentor cost & budget accounting staff
Ensure timely and cost-efficient reporting
Prepare and submit performance reports
Perform related duties as assigned

🎓 Education:

BA/MA in Cost Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Certified Public Accountant, or related fields.

🧠 Experience:

14 years (for BA) / 12 years (for MA) relevant work experience
Out of which 4 years (for BA) / 2 years (for MA) in a managerial position

🏆 Advantages:

Prior work experience in an ERP system
Experience in a cement manufacturing plant

💼 Skills Required:

Strong adaptability and decision-making capacity
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
Leadership and team development
