✅ Purpose of the Job:
To support efficient business decision-making by delivering accurate, timely financial data, analytics, and insights into business performance—ultimately minimizing financial risks and enhancing operational cost-effectiveness.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights and advice to senior management
- Analyze market trends and competitors to reduce financial risk
- Interpret performance data and identify cost variances
- Evaluate financial feasibility of major business proposals
- Recommend cost-control strategies and identify savings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital expenditures
- Monitor cost trends and suggest corrective actions
- Lead and mentor cost & budget accounting staff
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient reporting
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Perform related duties as assigned
🎓 Education:
- BA/MA in Cost Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Certified Public Accountant, or related fields.
🧠 Experience:
- 14 years (for BA) / 12 years (for MA) relevant work experience
- Out of which 4 years (for BA) / 2 years (for MA) in a managerial position
🏆 Advantages:
- Prior work experience in an ERP system
- Experience in a cement manufacturing plant
