🔹 Position: Cost and Budget Control Manager

✅ Purpose of the Job:

To support efficient business decision-making by delivering accurate, timely financial data, analytics, and insights into business performance—ultimately minimizing financial risks and enhancing operational cost-effectiveness.

---

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insights and advice to senior management
• Analyze market trends and competitors to reduce financial risk
• Interpret performance data and identify cost variances
• Evaluate financial feasibility of major business proposals
• Recommend cost-control strategies and identify savings
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital expenditures
• Monitor cost trends and suggest corrective actions
• Lead and mentor cost & budget accounting staff
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient reporting
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Perform related duties as assigned

🎓 Education:

• BA/MA in Cost Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Certified Public Accountant, or related fields.

---

🧠 Experience:

• 14 years (for BA) / 12 years (for MA) relevant work experience
• Out of which 4 years (for BA) / 2 years (for MA) in a managerial position

---

🏆 Advantages:

• Prior work experience in an ERP system
• Experience in a cement manufacturing plant

---

💼 Skills Required:

• Strong adaptability and decision-making capacity
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Leadership and team development
