π Open Positions:
1. Senior MEAL Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)
Main Purpose:
Assist the MEAL Manager in overseeing the MEAL unit, support project evaluations, measure impact, and manage data analysis and documentation to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- π Education:
- First-level degree in Statistics or other Social Science fields
- MEAL DPro or equivalent is desirable
- π οΈ Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in MEAL roles
- Experience with vulnerable children/families
- Understanding of modern slavery/human trafficking is a plus
- π» Technical Skills:
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Digital tools proficiency
- Training facilitation and basic MEAL principles understanding
- π€ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, team player
- π Language: Fluency in English (spoken & written)

2. Driver
Qualifications & Requirements:
- π Education:
- High School complete
- 3rd Grade or higher Ethiopian Driverβs License held for 2+ years
- Auto mechanic certification is an advantage
- Trained in safety, security, and first aid
- π οΈ Experience:
- 5+ years as a driver (including rural areas in all conditions)
- 3+ years with international NGOs
- Clean driving record
