- Educational Qualification: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.

- Academic Requirement: Must have a CGPA of 3.00 and above, and have passed the National Exit Exam.
- Work Experience: Not required.
- Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa City Branches.
