1. MHNT Nurse
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions (various woredas)

Employment Type: Contract
Salary: As per organizational scale
Qualification: BSc/Diploma in Nursing or Post-Basic Diploma in Nursing with 4 years (BSc) or 6 years (Diploma) relevant experience in clinical, nutrition, OTP/SC management.
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Experience in Mobile Health and Nutrition Teams (MHNT) preferred
✅ Project management skills
✅ Community mobilization & health promotion
✅ Training facilitation experience
✅ Computer literacy (Word, Excel)

2. Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Officer

Qualification: BSc in Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related fields with 5 years of professional experience in mental health/psychosocial support
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Provide counseling & maintain confidentiality
✅ Capacity building for HEWs & community mobilizers
✅ Data collection & reporting
✅ Fluent in English; local language mandatory
3. Field-Based Project Coordinator
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions
Number of Posts: 3
Employment Type: 6-month Contract
Salary: As per organizational scale
Qualification: MPH or BSc in Health Officer, Nursing, Nutrition, or related fields with 5 years (MPH) or 7 years (BSc) of relevant experience
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Project planning, budgeting, and implementation
✅ Leadership & team management
✅ Monitoring & evaluation
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Fluent in English & Afan Oromo mandatory
4. Midwife Nurse
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions

Qualification: BSc in Nursing or Post-Basic Diploma in Midwifery with 5 years (BSc) or 7 years (Diploma) experience in obstetrics, labor ward & complication management
Skills & Requirements:
✅ PMTCT & SGBV case management
✅ Experience in antenatal & postnatal care
✅ Fluent in English & preferably local language
✅ Computer literacy
5. Health Officer
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions
Number of Posts: 7
Employment Type: Contract
Qualification: BSc in Health Officer or MPH in Public Health with 5 years (BSc) or 3 years (MPH) experience; registration & license required
Skills & Requirements:
✅ MHNT response experience desirable
✅ Ability to lead mobile teams
✅ Fluent in English & local language mandatory
6. TFP Supervisor (OTP, SC, TSFP)
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions
Employment Type: Contract
Qualification: BSc in Public Health or Nursing with over 3 years of experience in CMAM/IMAM supervision
Skills & Requirements:
✅ TOT on AM/IMAM/CMAM
✅ Strong mentoring & facilitation skills
✅ Communication in English, Amharic, or Tigrigna
7. LAF (Logistics, Admin, and Finance) Officer
Locations: Tigray & Oromia regions
Employment Type: Contract
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with minimum 3 years of NGO experience
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Peachtree & MS Office (Excel, Word)
✅ Experience in finance, logistics, & HR functions
✅ Strong analytical & communication skills
✅ High level of integrity & attention to detail
