- Grade 12 Complete / College Diploma / TVET Level 3 / 10+3
- Field of Study: Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Basic computer literacy
- Cash register handling
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Strong time management, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
