2. Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery
- Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 8/9 years of work experience in the field, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader on Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management, Branch Manager-II, or an equivalent position.
- Terms of Employment: Permanent after Probation Period.
- Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
- Job Grade: XIV
- Workplace: West Finfine District Office
3. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience, of which 2 years must be as a Team Leader or Senior Officer-II in Employee Relations or Stakeholder’s Relations or related experience in the Banking Industry.
- Salary: As per the scale of the bank.
