Siket Bank, formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C., recently hosted an event at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. The bank is preparing to commence full banking operations following the acquisition of a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until then, it continues to offer microfinance services, which will be maintained even after the official banking launch.


Position 1: Public Relations Officer

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA degree from a recognized institution in Management, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in public relations, preferably in banking or finance.

Role Overview:

  • Plan, implement, and assess communication and promotional strategies to support the bank’s public relations goals.

Duty Station: Head Office


Position 2: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the banking sector, especially in talent acquisition or related roles.

Role Overview:

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire competent staff aligned with the bank’s mission and vision.

Duty Station: Head Office


Position 3: Senior Graphic Design Officer

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in banking.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Expertise in motion graphics, video editing, GIF creation, 3D modeling, and animation is highly preferred.
  • A strong, diverse design portfolio is essential.

Duty Station: Head Office


Position 4: Branch Manager I

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BSc required; MA/MBA/MSc preferred in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years banking experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles such as Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
