- Qualification: MSc or BSc Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Work Experience:
- 6 years of experience for MSc holders.
- 8 years of experience for BSc holders.
- Experience in contract administration and construction supervision is mandatory.

- Qualification: Technical School 10+4 Diploma in an appropriate field of study.
- Work Experience: 2 years of work experience.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Afar branch
