🔍 Job Purpose

Responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all financial operations of the company including planning, reporting, policy development, and financial analysis. This role plays a vital part in shaping financial strategies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards like IFRS.

🎯 Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all activities in the Finance Department
Mobilize and secure institutional funds
Oversee efficient loan disbursement and collection
Advise on financial policies and strategies
Manage accounting systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Prepare and consolidate budgets, reports, and financial statements
Conduct financial analysis and liquidity management
Evaluate financial risks and performance indicators
Serve on various internal committees (Management, Loans)
Implement auditor recommendations and internal controls
Oversee adoption of IFRS standards

🎓 Qualification and Experience

Education: MA or BA in Accounting and Finance
Experience: 7 years (MA) / 9 years (BA), including 2 years in a managerial/similar position
