🏢 About the Organization

The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) is a legally registered non-profit membership organization of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Ethiopia. It comprises 496 national and international members working in long-term development, relief and rehabilitation, advocacy, and human rights. CCRDA envisions a poverty-free Ethiopia with vibrant CSOs and assured social justice.

📋 About the Assignment

CCRDA is initiating a 5-Year Strategy Development process. To this end, it invites qualified individuals or firms with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and facilitation to lead a dedicated internal team and develop the strategy document.

🎯 Key Deliverables

The selected consultant/firm will work in close collaboration with CCRDA’s internal team to deliver the following:

• Outline a comprehensive work plan with a clear time frame.
• Guide a structured SWOT/PESTEL analysis and produce a summary report.
• Conduct stakeholder sampling, insight gathering, and analysis with summarized findings.
• Submit the first draft of the strategic plan.
• Present a second draft and facilitate a validation workshop with stakeholders.
• Deliver the final camera-ready strategy document.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• PhD or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and development (minimum 3 similar assignments in the past 3 years).
• At least one prior assignment must be with a legally recognized CSO.
• Must provide verifiable credentials and past work evidence.
