🛡️ Position 1: Child Protection and Gender-Based Violence Prevention (CP/GBV) Officer
📍 Locations: Wordbabo (South Wello), Kersa Hararge, Goru Gutu Hararge

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide services for vulnerable women, girls, and children affected by conflict.
- Analyze data, identify problems, and support effective program delivery.
- Conduct trainings on child protection and GBV for communities and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to child and women protection standards.
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in child protection or GBV response in emergencies.
- Direct case management experience and knowledge of PSEA are assets.
- Language: Proficiency in Oromifa required for Goru Gutu & Kersa locations.
💵 Position 2: Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) and Recovery Lending Officer

- Mobilize communities, conduct financial literacy training, and manage cash transfer programs.
- Facilitate formation of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs).
- Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and prepare detailed project reports.
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Agriculture, Rural Development, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in humanitarian cash programming or microfinance.
- Familiarity with digital registration and cash transfer platforms.
🛠️ Position 3: Multi-Sector Project Coordinator

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination of integrated sector activities (cash, protection, nutrition, etc.).
- Lead implementation plans, budgets, and logistics.
- Represent WVE in coordination forums and liaise with government offices.
- Supervise MEAL processes and ensure project quality and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with partners, communities, and donors.
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, Agriculture, Public Health, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of emergency response coordination or multi-sector humanitarian programming experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of humanitarian standards (Sphere, CHS, CPMS).
- Proven skills in team management, partner engagement, and donor communication.
