1. Position: Branch Manager
Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of banking operations experience, 2 years of which must be in a senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking.

- Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, of which 2 years must be as a branch banking officer

- Customer Experience Management
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
