• About the Program: This is a 12-month immersive journey designed to develop the next generation of leaders across various functions within Kerchanshe Group, with a special focus on supporting the future of Ethiopia’s agricultural sector at their farm sites.

• Eligibility: Graduates of 2025 G.C. with a BA Degree in:
