1. Manager, Finance & Investment Department

  • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree or preferably MA/MSc, MBA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration/Economics and ACCA certified (preferable).
  • Work Experience: 11 years of experience for 1st degree and 8 years’ experience for 2nd degree holders in insurance, of which a minimum of 4 years of experience shall be in a managerial capacity. Insurance experience must be in any one or more of the core areas of insurance operations.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

2. Branch Managers

  • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Statistics or related fields from a recognized College/University.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, of which 2 years at senior position.
  • Quantity: 2.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa Branches.

3. Underwriting Supervisor

  • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Management or related field of study.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an underwriter, which 4 years in a senior position.
  • Quantity: 2.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branches.

4. Senior System Administrator

  • Educational Qualification: MSc/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields from a recognized College/University.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software/hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer and related equipment.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

5. Claims Supervisor

  • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA degree in marketing, Management, Accounting Business Administration or related field from a recognized university or college.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience, of which 2 years in senior position.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

6. Senior Application Administrator

  • Educational Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Management Information, System or related field from a recognized College/University.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with strong understanding of functional domains, latest programming languages and successful application development and implementation experience.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

7. Junior Underwriting Officer

  • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Statistics, Mathematics and Engineering.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience on Teaching.
  • Quantity: 5.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branches.

8. Driver

  • Educational Qualification: Grade 10 Complete 3rd Grade Driving License.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Quantity: 4.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

9. Office Assistant (Cleaner/Messenger)

  • Educational Qualification: 10th/12th Grade complete.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Quantity: 5.
  • Place of Work: HO & Addis Ababa Branches.
