Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
The Junior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
- Listening to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Processing withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verifying customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issuing bank statements, check books, and debit cards to customers.
- Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Performing foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carrying out other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.
- CGPA: Above 3.00.
- Graduation Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Experience: 0 Years’ experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Age: Below 30.
