FW Agro Production is seeking a qualified and experienced HR – Admin and Recruitment Officer to join their team in SUMIT. This full-time role focuses on implementing HR policies and procedures across various aspects of human resources to achieve company goals.


Position: HR – Admin and Recruitment Officer

  • Job Summary: The role involves practicing policies and procedures necessary to carry out HR aspects, including selecting, screening, onboarding, and inducting new employees, compensation management, training and development, rewarding, appraising, and building employee commitment to achieve company corporate goals.
  • Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
    • Closely follow up and monitor the recruitment process using different techniques to outreach potential employees as per the set budget.
    • Screening, selecting, training, and onboarding employees based on the approved manpower budget.
    • Collect and arrange documents of newly joined employees as per the set requirements.
    • Review and analyze absenteeism and turnover reports as per the set time period.
    • Conduct Exit interviews and prepare reason analysis reports.
    • Handle grievances from employees and provide solutions.
    • Daily monitoring of housekeeping, Health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and alignment with company procedures.
    • Coordinate in preparing different kinds of letters under the HR department.
    • Preparing weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly reports of Recruitment, turnover, and other related reports.
    • Closely monitoring staff meal consumptions and maintaining cost as per the budget.
    • Assist in the overall HR operations to direct company’s goals towards achievement.
    • Communicate with Third-party agencies to execute the day-to-day requirements of the company.
    • Handling other responsibilities given by the HR Manager.
  • Qualification and Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Required Skills: Office suites (MS Office, iWork), Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Communication, Recruitment and Selection.
