1. Auto Electrician
We are seeking two skilled Auto Electricians to join our team in Juba, South Sudan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repair on heavy vehicles, construction machinery, and batching plant systems.
- Maintain electrical systems including wiring, lighting, ignition, and power distribution.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and service manuals.
- Diagnose faults using electronic testing equipment.
- Install and maintain battery systems, sensors, and onboard electronics.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma in Auto Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with construction vehicles and equipment.
- Strong understanding of voltage systems and electronic control units (ECUs).
- Ability to work independently under field conditions.

2. Chief Auto Mechanic
We are looking for a Chief Auto Mechanic to lead our mechanical teams in Juba, South Sudan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise repair, servicing, and maintenance of vehicles, construction equipment, and batching plant machinery.
- Lead mechanical teams and allocate tasks based on expertise and urgency.
- Diagnose engine, transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and report performance trends.
- Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and workshop efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to support technical needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in construction environments.
- Proven leadership in workshop settings and field service operations.
- Familiarity with both mobile and fixed plant equipment systems.

3. International Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and spare parts.
- Identify and evaluate global suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, delivery terms, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, donor requirements (if applicable), and import/export regulations.
- Oversee international shipping logistics, including customs documentation, freight forwarding, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to review terms, risks, and payment schedules.
- Monitor market trends, product alternatives, and global price fluctuations.
- Train and mentor local procurement and logistics staff on global sourcing practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including international procurement in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sourcing heavy equipment, plant machinery, construction materials, and vehicle parts. Familiarity with INCOTERMS, customs regulations, shipping logistics, and supplier vetting.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills. Proficient in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Excel reporting.
- Regional Experience: Experience working in East Africa or developing regions is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or local languages is an asset.
