Position: Secretary

  • Job Summary: The Secretary will handle administrative tasks, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
    • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally.
    • Prepare and manage letters, reports, and other documents.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Enter data and maintain databases.
    • Ensure smooth office operations and coordinate information flow.
    • Act as the main point of contact for general office concerns.
    • Check office supplies and place orders as needed.
    • Assist with printing, copying, and scanning documents.
    • Communicate internal guidelines and best practices.
  • Qualification and Experience:
    • Educational Background: B.A in secretarial science & Office management, administrative service management or any related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
  • Required Skills: Teamwork, Communication, Attention to detail.
