1. Matron
Essential Duties:
- Guide and mentor nursing staff; ensure high standards of patient care.
- Recruit, train, and appraise nursing staff; manage schedules and conflicts.
- Oversee patient safety, handle complaints, and ensure compliance with care standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and conduct regular audits.
- Manage day-to-day nursing operations and resources efficiently.
- Develop and enforce nursing policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Advocate for patient rights and promote patient-centered care.
- Organize staff training, mentoring, and continuous education.
- Oversee budget, supplies, and equipment for the nursing department.
- Lead nursing response in emergencies and ensure staff preparedness.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Matron.
- Skills: Good understanding of health information structures and technology; strong leadership, communication, clinical proficiency, and conflict resolution; ability to work under pressure and commitment to professional growth.

2. ICU and Critical Care Nurse
Essential Duties:
- Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
- Begin treatment and monitor doses.
- If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
- Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
- Maintain patient records.
- Create and implement effective care plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as an ICU nurse or in a critical care unit.
- Skills: Good understanding of health information structures and technology; availability to work 12-hour day and night shifts; brilliant empathy and communication skills; ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.

3. Scrub Nurse
Essential Duties:
- Preparing the Operating Room: Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and arranged for the procedure.
- Assisting During Surgery: Hand instruments to the surgeon, maintain the sterile field, and anticipate the surgeon’s needs to ensure the procedure runs smoothly.
- Instrument Management: Count and track all surgical tools before, during, and after the procedure to ensure nothing is left inside the patient.
- Patient Care: Assist with positioning the patient on the operating table and preparing the surgical site by cleaning and disinfecting the area.
- Post-Operative Duties: Help clean the patient, transfer them to the recovery room, and document all aspects of the surgery, including instruments used.
- Ensuring Compliance: Follow all hospital safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols, and participate in team briefings to ensure a successful surgery.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as a scrub nurse, especially in orthopedic, urology, and neurosurgery.
