1. Branch Manager II
- Required No: 1
- Education: Masters or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking and Finance or related field.
- Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 5/7 years of relevant work experience; of which 2 years of experience should be at a supervisory level, particularly as Branch Manager.
- Place Of Work: Hafet Issa Branch.
2. Branch Manager II
- Required No: 1
- Education: Masters or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking and Finance or related field.
- Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 5/7 years of relevant work experience; of which 2 years of experience should be at a supervisory level, particularly as Branch Manager.

3. Branch Manager III
- Required No: 1
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 4/6 years of relevant work experience; of which 1 year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
- Place Of Work: Negelle Borena Branch.
4. Branch Manager IV-IFB (Interest-Free Banking)
- Required No: 1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 4/6 years of relevant work experience; of which 1 year of experience should be at a supervisory level, particularly as Assistant Branch Manager. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
- Place Of Work: Khalid Branch (Mekelle City).
5. Construction Contract Administrator
- Required No: 1
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction technology & management.
- Purpose: A position responsible for construction administration services on the terms of the construction contract; providing independent and impartial judgment when carrying out their duties.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience; of which 1 year of experience should be as Jr. Construction Contract Administrator or related work experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards and equipment.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents.
- Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios and proportions to real scenarios.
- Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
- Proficiency in common office applications.
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and law.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

6. Manager, Digital Banking
- Required No: 1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Purpose: To manage and coordinate overall selling of Digital products and services activities of branches throughout the district.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on digital banking of which 3 years on a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies, and customer needs related to digital financial service.
- Experience in managing or promoting digital products and services is essential, demonstrating a track record of successful launches and sales.
- Background in sales or marketing, particularly in digital channels, is crucial for driving the adoption of digital products.
- Familiarity with branch operations and customer service processes can provide valuable insights into how to effectively sell digital product.
- Place Of Work: Dire Dawa District Office.
7. Sr. Electrical Engineer
- Required No: 1
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Purpose: The job is established with the purpose of supervising electrical work within the allotted time, productive quality and safety standard, reviewing and interpreting the electrical specifications and assisting in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment and machinery with regard to electrical appliance to improve the construction process.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience; of which 1 year of experience should be as Electrical Engineer-I or any other related work experience.
- Combination of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work well with a team.
