1. Teachers (from Reception 1 to Year 9)

About the Job:

Teachers of the Pearson curriculum are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, ensuring students achieve academic excellence. They plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application. Teachers prepare students for internal and external assessments, monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues. Active participation in professional development is essential.

About You:

  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor of Education (BED) in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Civics, HPE, and Fine Arts.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience.

Required Skills: Updated curriculum knowledge, Educational platforms (software like Elearn), Continuous learning.

Desired Skills: Problem solving, Creative thinking.


2. Curriculum Lead

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum coordination role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the Pearson Edexcel curriculum, including Checkpoint, IGCSE, and A-Level programs.
    • Expertise in curriculum planning, instructional supervision, and assessment practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in using educational technology and data to drive improvement.
    • A proven track record of supporting teacher development and raising academic standards is highly desirable.

Required Skills: Updated curriculum knowledge, Educational platforms (software like Elearn), Continuous learning.

Desired Skills: Problem solving, Creative thinking.


3. Early School (Kindergarten) Directoress

About You:

  • Gender: The applicant must be a female professional.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of teaching experience in early years education, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding of early childhood development, international early years curricula, and play-based learning approaches.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to mentor teachers, engage parents, and manage early school operations effectively.
    • Familiarity with using assessment and observation tools to track development and guide instruction is highly desirable.

Required Skills: Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint), Updated curriculum knowledge, Communication, Leadership.

Desired Skills: Creativity, Stress management.
