1. Manager, Treasury Sales Desk
- Job Purpose: The role is responsible for driving marketing activities to achieve financial targets for the Treasury department. The manager will develop strategies to increase business from existing clients and expand the client portfolio in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market. This includes implementing systems to review marketing results, introducing new products, and conducting presentations to build strong relationships with customers.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, and/or BCom from a recognized university, with a preferred postgraduate qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Bank and Global Market Sale.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and money markets is a must, along with excellent marketing and communication skills. Candidates should also be conversant with all operational aspects of Treasury.
2. Manager, Trading Desk
- Job Purpose: The manager will oversee the bank’s Foreign Exchange (including Spot, Forward, and Swap) and Fixed Income trading business. The role involves developing, marketing, and managing trading activities to grow market share and revenue in line with the Treasury business strategy. The individual will collaborate with other departments to maximize trading profits while adhering to risk limits.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Commerce, or Statistics from a recognized university, or a professional qualification in accounting or other fields such as CFA.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income products.
- Skills: A sound knowledge of Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds trading, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange trading is required. The candidate must also have the ability to market and establish new relationships, possess knowledge of technical analysis to make trading decisions, and be familiar with Central Bank regulations and local banking systems.
