📋 Job Summary

The Regional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing branch operations under their supervision, ensuring resource mobilization, performance evaluation, and compliance with Shari’ah principles. The role involves strategic planning, team coaching, and enforcing customer service excellence in the assigned region.

🎓 Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Education:
  • MA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 5 years’ banking experience, OR
  • BA Degree in the above fields with 7 years’ banking experience.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years as Senior Officer, Team Leader, or equivalent role in branch banking operations.
  • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

🛠️ Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare regional work and budget plans and monitor execution.
• Recommend HR requirements to the Human Capital Management Department.
• Compile and submit regional performance reports.
• Coach, mentor, and support employees in branches under supervision.
• Lead and monitor resource mobilization activities.
• Evaluate branch performance and enforce service quality standards.
• Promote the bank’s corporate culture and positive work environment.
