Ahadu Bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer I to provide and check front office customer service support at a branch. The role involves handling and checking account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions, as well as responding to customer inquiries and requests for both cash and non-cash transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and check front office customer service support.
- Handle and check account maintenance, payments, and collections.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a bank.
- Competencies:
- A good understanding of basic financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of the bank’s accounting and procedures.
- The ability to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and a good command of a core banking system.
