Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
- 10 years of total work experience.
- 5 years experience specifically as Head – SME Section.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the SME ecosystem and hands-on experience with SME sectors.
- Business development & advisory skills.
- Proven ability to build trust with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Strong credit & risk awareness.
- Practical exposure to lending, investment, or grant-making to SMEs via NGOs, development agencies, or microfinance institutions.
Place of Work: Head Office
