- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a planning officer with a relevant track record.

3. Manager, Planning & Research Division
- Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
- Experience:
- BA degree: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a research and planning officer.
- 2nd degree: A minimum of 6 years of experience.
- For both, at least 2 years of relevant experience must be in a senior position.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
