Position Details

• Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Executive Secretary, Chief, and District Directors. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, handling visitors and phone calls, managing mail and correspondence, compiling reports, and maintaining files. The role also involves facilitating flight bookings and promoting business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations.
• Academic Qualifications: A Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Database Administration, Hardware and Networking, or other related fields.
• Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
• Competencies: The ideal candidate will have strong work management, prioritization skills, accuracy, flexibility, and good customer handling. They must also be computer literate and possess strong interpersonal, communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Place of Work: Bonga, Ethiopia.
