
1. Branch Manager Grade C
- Job Summary:
- Accountable for overall branch performance and operational activities
- Ensures excellent customer service and achievement of branch goals
- Prepares annual action plans and periodic performance reports
- Implements bank policies and procedures
- Education & Experience:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, or
- BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, including 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A

2. Human Capital Management Officer
- Job Summary:
- Prepares recruitment minutes and vacancy advertisements
- Maintains personnel records for recruitment, promotion, salary adjustment, termination, and other employee details
- Follows up performance evaluations of probationary employees
- Performs other HR-related duties
- Education & Experience:
- BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 3.5 years of HR experience, at least 1 year as a relevant officer, preferably in banking
- Salary: As per Bank scale
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Human Capital T&D Officer
- Job Summary:
- Coordinates and implements staff Learning & Development programs
- Organizes in-house and outsourced training programs
- Conducts training need assessment and annual training planning
- Manages induction/orientation programs and evaluates training impact
- Education & Experience:
- BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 3.5 years of HR experience, at least 1 year as a relevant officer, preferably in banking
- Salary: As per Bank scale

4. Administrative Assistant
- Job Summary:
- Transcribes letters, memos, minutes, and other correspondences
- Maintains and organizes files and records systematically
- Receives and responds to telephone calls and messages
- Arranges and submits necessary records and documents
- Performs other administrative duties as required
- Education & Experience:
- Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields with 2 years of experience, preferably in banking
- Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory
- Salary: As per Bank scale
