In line with this, the institution is looking for qualified and energetic professionals to join its team in the following positions:
1. Position: Senior Digital Innovation Expert
Purpose of the Job
To support Nisir in implementing effective technology solutions by organizing, analyzing, translating, and simplifying business requirements in a cost-effective manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform requirements analysis to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Document and manage project requirements.
- Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and use cases.
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate customer needs and propose solutions.
- Facilitate prioritization of requirements based on business value.
- Manage requirement changes effectively.
- Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and validating results.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 3 years relevant experience for Master’s degree holders.
- 4 years relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.

2. Position: Digital Financial Services (DFS) Officer
Purpose of the Job
To increase customer satisfaction by providing effective digital operations and merchant support services in line with policies and procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental analysis to assess DFS strengths and weaknesses.
- Use business intelligence tools for DFS penetration plans.
- Develop DFS policies, strategies, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor and report DFS performance using dashboards.
- Handle DFS inquiries, complaints, and disputes.
- Support branches and agents with DFS applications.
- Deliver training to staff on DFS services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Work with branches to increase customer base through digital onboarding.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Required Skills
Time management, analytical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint), communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.
3. Position: Technology Project Expert
Purpose of the Job
To ensure efficient and effective performance of IT projects by overseeing all aspects of projects to be completed on time and within budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Define project requirements, scope, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate project resources and team members.
- Oversee all stages of project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and report updates.
- Establish quality assurance standards and testing procedures.
- Develop test cases, automation scripts, and conduct regression testing.
- Monitor QA metrics and ensure release readiness.
- Stay updated with latest project management and testing tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 3 years relevant experience for MSc holders.
- 4 years relevant experience for BSc holders.
