Position: IT Support

Job Summary

The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing customer service and technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role requires troubleshooting, installation, training, and support for users in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in line with SLAs, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct daily health checks of networks, meeting devices, printers, and other office machines.
• Troubleshoot and provide guidance to users on technical issues with 24/7 availability.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical users; track and resolve incidents.
• Train users on cybersecurity, information security, and new technologies.
• Install software on new or existing devices per standard procedures.
• Assist in the setup of new equipment and devices.
• Provide meeting support inside or outside the office.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• BSc Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Language:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Skills & Certifications (preferred):

• HCNA, A+, or related certification
• Network design, installation, and upgrading
• Network maintenance and system upgrades
• Troubleshooting & fault resolution
• Security management (firewalls, VPNs, data protection)
• User support & IT training
• Documentation and inventory management
• Project involvement and network change programs
