🔹 Position: Graduate Trainee

Job Summary:

Upon successful completion of a 2–3 month on-the-job and off-the-job training program, trainees will commit to a three-year service period with Addis Bank.
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Graduate Trainee will:

• Handle cash transactions at the counter (receiving and paying cash against verified instruments).
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Stamp and validate documents.
• Reconcile daily cash balances in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.
• Graduation Year: 2025 G.C / 2017 E.C
• CGPA: 2.50 and above
• Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
