🔹 1. Director – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Directorate

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience, including 3 years in a managerial role related to ESG activities, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Professional courses in ESG-related fields are an added advantage.

Job Summary:
The Director oversees all ESG-related initiatives of the Bank, ensuring compliance with national and international sustainability standards. S/he leads the integration of ESG principles into the Bank’s operations, strategy, and stakeholder engagement to enhance risk management and build institutional reputation.

🔹 2. Manager – Security Service Division

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Management or other business-related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the security and protocol activities of the Bank’s Head Office, including the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing the operations of the Branch, ensuring adherence to the Bank’s procedures and policies, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Facilitates planning and monitoring activities, evaluates performance against set targets, and recommends corrective measures to keep operations on track.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, or Quality Auditor are advantageous.

Job Summary:
Supports IT project quality assurance and change management activities. Ensures software quality standards are met and that system changes are well controlled and documented.
