Qualification & Experience:

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 yearsโ€™ experience, including 3 years in a managerial role related to ESG activities, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Professional courses in ESG-related fields are an added advantage.

Job Summary:
The Director oversees all ESG-related initiatives of the Bank, ensuring compliance with national and international sustainability standards. S/he leads the integration of ESG principles into the Bankโ€™s operations, strategy, and stakeholder engagement to enhance risk management and build institutional reputation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Management or other business-related fields.

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the security and protocol activities of the Bankโ€™s Head Office, including the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

Responsible for leading and managing the operations of the Branch, ensuring adherence to the Bankโ€™s procedures and policies, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT, software testing, quality assurance, project management, and/or banking.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, or Quality Auditor are advantageous.

Job Summary:
Supports IT project quality assurance and change management activities. Ensures software quality standards are met and that system changes are well controlled and documented.
