Berhan Bank S.C. External Vacancy Announcement

Berhan Bank S.C. was established in accordance with Article 304 of the Commercial Code of Ethiopia, with the objective of operating in the banking industry. The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on June 27, 2009, with a paid-up capital of Birr 95.7 million, divided into shares of Birr 1,000, and an authorized capital of Birr 300 million.

Berhan Bank is now inviting competent, qualified, and motivated applicants to apply for the following vacant positions:

🔹 1. Senior Fraud and IT Risk Officer

Qualification:

MSc/BA in Business and Information Systems, Finance and Investment, Risk Management, BSc in IT with a business degree/MBA, or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

7 years of experience as Senior Fraud and IT Risk Officer or equivalent.

🔹 2. Senior Business Risk and Control Officer

Qualification:

MSc/BA in Business and Information Systems, Finance and Investment, Risk Management, BSc in IT with a business degree/MBA, or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

7 years of experience as Business Risk and Control Officer or equivalent.

🔹 3. Senior Credit Risk Officer

Qualification:

MSc/BA in Finance, Economics, Finance and Investment, Risk Management, or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

7 years of experience as Credit Risk Officer or equivalent.

🔹 4. Manager – Enterprise Risk Division

Qualification:

MSc/BA in Economics, Finance and Investment, Banking, International Trade, Business and Information, or related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

10 years of experience in banking, out of which 5 years as Head – Enterprise Risk Section or equivalent.

💰 Salary:

As per the Bank’s attractive scale.
