Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain case files for all communications with government and non-government organizations
- Organize and store documents for easy retrieval
- Assist the HR Department in scheduling and organizing interviews
- Draft correspondences to government and non-government bodies
- Process visa invitation letters for visitors and assist with expatriate-related permits and IDs
- Renew business documents such as business licenses periodically
- Support event organization including meetings, workshops, and retreats
- Oversee office upkeep and organization
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
About You
Competencies
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and adaptability skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- BA in Management or related field
