Job Summary

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in various HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain case files for all communications with government and non-government organizations
  • Organize and store documents for easy retrieval
  • Assist the HR Department in scheduling and organizing interviews
  • Draft correspondences to government and non-government bodies
  • Process visa invitation letters for visitors and assist with expatriate-related permits and IDs
  • Renew business documents such as business licenses periodically
  • Support event organization including meetings, workshops, and retreats
  • Oversee office upkeep and organization
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

About You

Competencies

  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • BA in Management or related field
  • Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply
