- Qualification: Degree in HRM, Management, or Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Learning & Development; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Develop and implement learning programs aligned with organizational goals
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning resources
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees and managers
