1. Customer Relationship Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of general work experience, of which 1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent position in the banking industry.
  • Workplace: Branches under all districts.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years of general work experience, of which 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent position in the banking industry.
  • Workplace: Branches under all districts.

3. Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3/4 years of relevant work experience, of which 1 year as Associate Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts II or equivalent position in a bank.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: X
  • Workplace: Head Office.

4. Senior Credit Analyses & Appraisal Officer – II

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/6 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year as SCAO, CRM, ICRM, CSM-I, Operation Manager-II, Senior Banking Operation Officer-I, or equivalent position in the banking industry.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Workplace: Hawassa District Office.

5. Associate Siinqee Ihsan MF-CRM-II

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year as Associate Siinqee Ihsan MF-CRM-I or equivalent position in a bank.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Workplace: Head Office.

6. Corporate Siinqee Ihsan Appraisal Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/6 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year as Ihsan Appraisal Officer or Retail Siinqee Ihsan CRM, or equivalent position in the banking industry.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Workplace: Head Office.

7. Corporate Senior Siinqee Ihsan CRM II

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/6 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year as Corporate Siinqee Ihsan or Retail Siinqee Ihsan CRM, or equivalent position in the banking industry.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Workplace: Head Office.

8. Branch Manager

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/5 years of banking experience, of which 1 year as Manager, Banking Operation Management I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent position.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Workplace: Branches across all districts (as required).

9. Branch Manager I

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/6 years of banking experience, of which 1 year as Branch Manager, Manager, Banking Operation Management II, Customer Service Manager II, or equivalent position.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Workplace: Branches across all districts (as required).

10. Branch Manager III

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8/9 years of banking experience, of which 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent position.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XIV
  • Workplace: Nekemte District (Nekemte Branch).

11. Manager, Customer Relationship Management

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8/9 years of banking experience, of which 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent position.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
  • Job Grade: XIV
  • Workplace: Hawassa District Office.

12. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MA/BA in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8/9 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as Team Leader or Senior Officer II in Employee Relations, Stakeholder Relations, or related experience in the banking industry.
